Who came up with this magical red rubber device and why do dogs love it so much!

Here is Zola at 10 months.
Sure loves her Kongs...

At least she prefers it over the remote.

The wobbler is great fun, keeps them occupied for ages. I like to put a couple of really big pieces of dried liver in it that won't come out as well as kibble that will come out when rolled.

My dog love it too but... How bout those really small parts coming off is it ok if it go inside the puppy ? Its rubber

Strange.
She has torn one I two pieces but I've never seen small pieces off a kong.
