Default Say hello to Mia!

Her name is Mia, she's 10 weeks old. My g/f and I just got her.

Don't know much about GSD's so I'll be doing some reading on here.

And one with her future boyfriend.

She eats her own poop.

What a precious baby!

I'll pass on to you the best advice I ever got... Take lots of pics. You're going to be amazed how fast she grows and changes. Enjoy her!

If she eats her own poop, she may not be getting enough nutrition from her diet. Personally, I am an advocate for feeding raw and there are many threads about the subject on this website. But I assume there are also many threads regarding better kibble choices as well.

Btw, it's not fair to Ares, my 3 month old, that you have already set up an arranged marriage. He is a sad puppy now. He thinks that big hunk is much too old for your little girl.

I hadn't thought of that... then again I hadn't really done much searching on it. We've just been keeping an eye on her when she poops and haven't given her time to turn around and start going at it before we start praising her and go and get her. We're gonna look into her nutrition though if it continues.... who knows what she was doing at the breeders.

Lol, I'm sure he'll get over it... The male is 5 years old and was imported from Germany when he was about 9 weeks old. Mia was bred from Chacco von der Freiheit Westerholt and Dixie Vom Zisawinkel so hopefully she'll remain helathy for a long long time. We'd like to breed her in about 2 years or so.
