Big girls????

Athena 4 mos. (sable) 54 pounds.... Eden 12 weeks (black and tan) 32 pounds

Eden still has her puppy fluff which makes her appear much thicker than what she truly is...

Good luck convincing her she is not a lap dog! My Athena is 1 yr. old and is still very much a lap dog! They are beautiful both of them. About their weight if you can feel their ribs (not see but feel), they are a healthy weight. You want to keep puppy's lean and have a bit of a tuck in their tummies. Both your pups look great to me!

Athena- Long Coat GSD -CGC
Sinister Black- GSD
Nemesis- GSD
Titus- GSD

You can easily feel their ribs.. evidently they must be really solid most shepherd owners I have talked to tell me that they are over the weight that most males are at that age. I know they come from a big line each of their sires were 120-130 and their mothers were 100-110+.

They are beautiful puppies. How did you manage to get two so close to the same age?

Kind of by accident I was supposed to get two from Edens litter but one died at birth and through a friend I found Athena's breeder. He still had her only because the person who was supposed to get her backed out because of a house fire. They actually share bloodline on their sire's side. Athena's sire is Eden's grandfather.
