Default Sunrise Photoshoot

Been feeling unimpressed and bored by a lot of the pictures I've taken recently, so I thought I'd try and make more of an effort. Because I absolutely love early morning and early evening lighting, I decided to get up before sunrise to catch those golden hours (and also to get the area to ourselves). I was up at 5 AM but I think it was absolutely worth it in the end!

The location and timing both ended up being perfect, and I got some really nice lighting and backgrounds. Trent had fun posing and running around as well.

A very relaxed Trent taking in the morning air

Love this lens and the bokeh it produces

Love this dog, too!!

Stacking, of course

Off for a sniff break

Showing off his stacking skills some more

The lighting was definitely worth getting up for

Thanks for looking!

He's quite the show off! I think you've made Mr. Handsome one vane (sp) dog!

Really, great shots. I like the way he stands out from the background - looking almost like he was superimposed on the scene.

Thank you so much - and he really is a happy guy He can be a serious dog, but when we're out and he gets to trot around off leash, or pose for the camera knowing we'll play catch later, he's all smiles!

Haha, absolutely true. He knows he's a good looking guy and he's not shy about it I don't think he's too bad, either, so all of my praises have probably gone to his head. He's got that self confidence going for him, too! And thanks so much, I had a lot of fun taking these pictures (even if I had to get up at 5)!

I love the pictures!! And I love your model! Trent is not only gorgeous, he's like a professional model! Lol. It almost seems like he's purposely posing (expressions and all)! Lol. Love him. Maybe you should get him modeling work. Lol.
