Relaxing at Rio Del Mar beach

We spent about an hour at the beach today, it was so calm and relaxing.

Looks like a nice day, almost like you had the whole beach. I noticed Molly may not have had a leash on in a few pics, did she get some freedom, or still too soon?

No freedom today. This is a state beach and all CA state beaches require your dog to be leashed. Her leash is slack, I just left it next to her. Maybe next weekend there is a beach further south we can try off leash. Due to all her exercise restriction she has been getting tired this past week when we've increased her evening walk time by 5-10 minutes. This weekend has been the first weekend since January that we don't have extreme crowds in town. We had a really hot winter and drought, then we've seemed to have endless spring breaks, all school seem to be on a different schedule, UCSC, community college, public and private schools - all drew lots of people here this year.
