Without being able to see the back it's hard to tell if it's a Black & Tan or just a Tan.

It's all tan, that's why I was asking. From what I was told, it's fawn but I wanted a second opinion on it.

If the one in the picture is tan on its back as well then it's a fawn. I have a friend who has a fawn shepherd. Pretty little thing, though people call it a Belgian Malinois all the time. Frustrates my friend to no end

ha ha ha, I asked a woman at the dog park the other day if her Malinois was a Shepherd. She was not amused. Guess that one goes both ways.
