We were so in love with our first GSD, Sigmund, that we decided to adopt a second one. Her name is Elsa and she is 9 months old! She has already bonded so well with our daughters in only two weeks, and it is hard to imagine life before her. Sigmund loves her, although he becomes a tired old man after about fifteen minutes of play and retreats to his kennel. I haven't been on this forum in over a year (maybe close to two) when we adopted Sig. Nice to 'see' you all again.
Our little girls named her. They are 3 and 8 and of course, obsessed with "Frozen" right now. It was befitting, however, since she is (mostly) white and it just stuck.
Jenn-- Do you know if it is common for whites to have such markings? I don't think I've ever come across one, but then again I've only met two others in my life.
Thank you! It's funny how the first one just kind of fell into our lap. This one happened the same way-- we weren't really even looking when the opportunity found us, but it was an easy decision to add her to our little family.
