Default Strider update and growth question.

Can not believe how much he has grown! And his ears are both up again 12 weeks today, 25 lbs and 15 inches at does that sound like he is growing at a normal GSD rate? Here is a chart showing the average for puppy growth:

Kaleb is hitting the averages, but he also has pano. It's better for them to grow slowly. They will still grow to whatever size they will get to whether it's slow or fast. I have no idea how to slow growth down though. I don't over feed him. Other than that I think they just grow at their own rates.

Your puppy is very handsome.

Strider 4-5 months, had a bad scare thanks to a bacterial infection but thankfully he has recovered 100% and if anything is more enter fetich than before! Lol

Thanks! Is yours PB? We found Strider at a high kill shelter and have no clue if he is PB. Mom was a black shep and gorgeous, she was found with a blk and tan male but can't be sure Always excited to see PB pups that look similar.

Pretty sure your boy is pure. I know there's no 100% way to be sure. But it doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell the difference between a mix and pure.

My boy Rebell was 30 lbs. exactly when he got his 12 week shots, I got his booster last Thursday at 19 weeks he was 51.6 lbs, pic below, I find the ears and the front paws are a determining factor to gauge how big he will get.

He looks like Apsel's lighter colored twin brother. He definitely looks pure to me.
