Baxter is usually content to sit next to me. Or on my feet. Or on the opposite side of the room.
But every now and again...he just wants to be held. Big baby. ![]()

lol adorable.. my friend has a 200+lb great dane mastiffe cross, and he LOVE to sit on people he thinks he is a lap dog but its definitely not comforatable or slightly manageable like with a GSD like that lol

He certainly THINKS he fits! He doesn't seem to realize that he only weighs slightly less than I do.
![]() His process to get to this point cracks me up: He'll sit next to me at first. Then he pretends like he needs to readjust his position, so he gets up and starts to turn away, then oops! His butt is plopped into my lap. From there, he just sort of oozes himself into a comfy position until I put my arms around him, at which point he just relaxes into it. He truly is a child in a dog's body.
