Shadow was on her way to be put down when I heard a little girl crying! I asked what was wrong and talked to her and her mom, exchanged some hugs, and left with Shadow... 10 month old GSD mix..

My dogs love her already!

Looks like she is settling in nicely already. :)

Did Shadow belong to the little girl and her mom? Why was she about to be put down?

She is a very cute (and lucky) little girl. Her doggy siblings are awfully cute too.

Thank you for saving Shadow...

Not gonna say what I am thinking about that owner who was about to kill her pet......

Thank you for giving Shadow a forever and loving home, she is a cutie. All of your babies are cuties and look to be tuckered out, thanks for sharing.

She is the sweetest dog. They couldn't afford her anymore, no one would take her, and they refused to put her in the pound!?

I swear she is the calmest dog though... This is her resting while my other two romp around in the background xD

Hate to say but she may be missing the little girl. You may see another sort of dog in about a month. Our little foster dog took about a month to "come out of her shell" as the forever family put it. I was missing her a lot that first month, too.

She loves to play with the others too. Outside they play 'keep away' with toys and Shadow and Stormy ran around playing until 3 am last night!! Duke likes to climb on her and bite her ears and she just lays there. I've taken her on two walks and she loves to sniff around. I know for sure the little girl misses her dog. I exchanged numbers with the mom so I can update and send pictures though!

Currently all three are sleeping.. Thanks for all the replies guys!
