She doesn't seemed to have changed much in the last 2.5 weeks except for a little heavier.

Still waiting on that left ear to go all the way up 100% of the time. The right ear is up.

Is that the dog you have pronged already? Think I read that in one of your other posts maybe. Have to agree with the others on that. Still a bit young and small looking for that. However, I will say that I do use a prong sometimes on Icon. He has no problem with it, and actually when he sees it knows we are going on one of our "good walks" and gets very excited. He was introduced to the prong at around 7 months.

I think the neighbor thing will work out. Icon did the same thing to mine until he got to know them. Now he sees them out and runs to the fence - barking - but waits for them to give him some attention. Bark has turned from a "who are you" to a "come see me" kind of thing.
