Default Recon learning colors! (non GSD)

I couldn't help but share this video... I just love this little guy so much.

This was our first session, because I was bored. I started filming at the end of the session after he had picked it up.

is he learning colors or is he learning yellow
means a certain toy and green means the
other toy?

Whoops, I had more explanation that apparently I didn't copy over from another forum..

He is learning toy names currently. I'm debating on whether I want to actually make him learn colors and to take ANY green toy if I get some, or keep it this way and just name his toys colors, basically. It was easier for me to remember this way. haha.

Dogs cannot see green.

You would be better off trying to teach him to differentiate between blue and yellow.

I keep hearing that.

I'm still going to try with numerous colored toys and see the outcome, then try with more of the toy line that dogs can supposedly see better.

I think you should reconsider getting another WL pup in the coming year or two...

And gosh I know, he's getting TOO big! I can barely carry him anymore.
