Post-Cardiology Appointment Celebratory Play Time!

I posted over in the Health Issues section about a bit of a health scare that I had with Baxter. I took him to the vet on Tuesday for a swollen nose, and during the exam they heard an arrhythmia. Soooo off to the cardiologist we went yesterday to get it checked out. Thankfully, it's benign. To celebrate, we went to my parents' house to make use of their yard (their dog doesn't really enjoy running around). Baxter didn't know why we were celebrating - after all, he got to meet some new friends at the medical center! He made sure to give all the ladies kisses and did quite a bit of showing off and flashing his charming grin. They adored him. But either way, I decided to snap a few pictures during our play session! Love this boy SO much, and I couldn't be happier that he's going to be just fine.

"Whatcha waitin' for, Ma? Throw the wubba!"

"See? It's right here!"

He got tired of be taking pictures, and decided to take matters into his own hands...

Overall, he is a very sweet and happy boy! That, and we were outside with his beloved wubba - that alone is enough to put him in a great mood!
