Thanks all. She is doing well. I'm a sleep deprived new doggie mommy as she has been up since 4 am full of puppy energy. I will post more pictures soon. It is going to be a long day at work today. Luckily hubby will be home to watch over her.

She's a beaut! I heard of the black dog syndrome when I was looking for my second dog, tis why we adopted a rolly-polly black Chow/Husky mix. I'm so happy for you and I'm glad you gave her a 'furever' home!

Ah I looked it up. Makes sense. My mom has the black dog syndrome. I actually think of the opposite. I keep thinking of getting a white car but then I think about keeping it clean...and I get a headache. Ha!
