Foster Failure

After all of the dogs we've had here,I officially have my very first foster failure. I guess it was bound to happen sometime. I was pretty certain that she would have been snapped up in no time because of her great temperament,but she's been passed up several times instead.Casja is a permanent part of this crazy household.
