YAY for confidence exercises. They sure will need it if they continue with English and if they want to start jumping.

Sounds like leasing is the best option, since they will grow fast and from first hand experience, if getting a bigger horse and hoping they will grow into him/her isn't the best idea. I went through quite a few horses just trying to find the right match. I think it was my parents' worse nightmare. Smart move.
