I finished the back splash in the kitchen over the weekend and had Zoey take a look at my work.... She wasn't impressed...
(Photo was taken with my cell phone and tile still needed to be grouted in this picture)

Really neat tile! Beautiful kitchen.
Zoey looks like a LOTTADOG! What a pretty girl!

Thanks everyone! I did tile for a few years so this was a breeze, besides the fact Zoey followed me every which way and tried to help when it wasn't needed! The thing that took me the longest was that my brother in law installed 1000 light switches and receptacle's so I had to cut around each.
df1960- Back splash is the easiest type of tile you can do IMO. If your doing a back splash and laying it over concrete board, its a breeze. Your biggest thing is you need a wet-saw. Cutting back splash's with a tile cutter is awful since you have to break each piece. It all depends on what tile your laying also, you can PM with these specifics and I would gladly give you tips and pointers. Blackshep- I'm not sure what your mom was using to cut the glass but a wet-saw make's it easy, especially with a new blade. The hardest part is trying to get a 1/2" piece to fill in a spot in which would have a huge grout line.
