Default Forum members, meet October "Tober"!

Tober was born 8/12/11, I brought him home 10/6/11.
He is my first bought from breeder GSD (he is a GSL). And, I could not be happier with my choice.

He is incredibly smart and east to train. And, at 5.5 months his goal in life seems to be to make me happy (I realize this is subject to change).
Sorry for the brag. But, I am completely smitten!

Tober exlporing the lake and inspecting a log.

I caught him in a half sit.

Tober showing one of his very few flaws, seperation anxiety. "No, Mom dont go in the water. It's cold."

Tober in "his" recliner. Note the dog "nose art" on the window! Yuck!

Tober learning how to walk on the ice. Don't worry, this pic was taken early on. He quickly got better at it.

Watching Dad and Abby (Yellow Lab) walk out onto the ice.

Doing better with the walking on the ice thing.

On my bed with his Nylabone. Ahh, the teething stages!

As usual, laying on the kitchen floor looking for food.

His new "bling". This is a pic from earlier this week.

Tober looking handsome!

Your boy Tober is a very handsome fellow, I enjoyed the different life stages and how he changed. Thanks so much for sharing him with us, we love pictures on here.

Thanks! Unfortunately most of his pictures are on my phone and I do not know how to post them to this wedsite.

I have been meaning to get these pics up earlier, but am far too lazy!

I would be smitten too! He's a handsome guy and looks like he has a awesome outdoor area to explore. LOVE the ice pictures and him trying to get his footing down...love the confidence that he could walk on that weird slick cold stuff

I love the different life stages, too. He is such a handsome boy. Love your commend about then nose art on the window LOL. Don't you love it how they decorate our windows and doors? So cute.

I live in Maine, it's harder to find a city than outdoors adventures around here!

He actually did better with the ice than I had thought he would, he is usually a pretty confident and foreward little guy. Well, maybe not so little now (he is 57lbs).

I have a love-hate realationship with the nose art. None of the surfaces in my house stay un-spotted/smeared for long!
