I guess Kaos didn't want to be in "Jail" anymore:

She pulled/pushed/something over the shelving over the toilet, yes it was screwed into the wall!!
Heard a HUGE crash, jumped and and looked across the hall and there was the mess and Kaos standing there wagging her tail
