Mine doesn't have the pockets but has reflective strips for the times when I run at sun sets or when it still is somewhat dark. It also helps her stay warm. You can run with or without a covering. That is entirely up to you. If you do decide to get one, have her wear it at home so she can get used to it. It took a little while for Sophie to not think she should shake it off LOL. Looking forward to seeing pictures of your puppy when you get her/him.
Cool! Thanks for the info. There will definitely be pictures! Waiting is becoming torturous. I haven't figured out my breeder yet, so that's occupying my time currently!

LOL yep she already does. That girl has so much energy..doesn't know what to do with it. Thanks. I don't even do anything special for keeping her clean..just the regular grooming and bathing every three to four months. Well, unless she gets into the mud while hiking of course.

I love the last one! I just want to squeeze those little cheeks and play with her ears!
So glad she is recovering nicely!

Thanks guys

Just came back from my run with Sophie. During the run two loose dogs, each at different places were running up to us. The first one actually crossed the street and ran behind us barking his head off. Sophie and I turned around because we were startled and she barked twice but when she saw I handled it she was quiet. I stepped forward and yelled at the dog. He came to a complete stop and stared. Sophie and I then kept on running.

The second time a little yapper came running up but he did not cross the street when I started yelling at it to go away. Sophie didn't make a single sound.

I am soooo impressed with Sophie and wanted to just brag about her.
