Default My cat Nikki being vocal!

And yes, she is very big. She was round as can be when I adopted her at 7 months of age (she's 4 now). So much so that I swore she was pregnant. I put both her and Buddy on diets and Buddy lost weight and looks great. Nikki didn't drop a pound. And I swear Buddy eats more than she does. Nikki rarely eats dry food, but will on occasion. Or maybe she does when we're sleeping. But they split one small can of food in the morning and I give them a handful of treats at night for both of them. So she doesn't eat a whole lot and the vet says she is very healthy. So I don't know how else to get weight off of her.

So this is what she does every night. She sits in the kitchen and and soon as I appear she starts "talking" to me. Last night though I went to get the video camera and she wasn't AS talkative once the camera was rolling, but you get the idea.

Haha, no neighbors feeding her. She is strictly an indoor cat.
I swear I don't know how she got so big. Even the vet said what I was feeding her was perfectly fine. I even switched both her and Buddy to a light formula dry food. Buddy actually slimmed down, Nikki...nothing!
At her last vet check she weighed about 15lbs. I know she looks a lot bigger than that but I saw the scale numbers for myself. The vet ran some bloodwork on her and she is perfectly healthy.
Honestly she is solid as a rock. You can not pinch an ounce of fat on her.
