Miss Sophie sure does look like a queen Lovely coat too! Bet that's hard to keep mud free? lol.

LOL, yes and she acts like a queen...so hillarious. When we lived in our own house I was able to just hose her off after playing in the mud. Now, in the rental home, it's more challenging to get the mud out especially with her hating water. What a circus. Lot's of jumping out of the bathtub, shaking, slinging mud everywhere..LOL.

Thanks. Since she is a rescue, any combination is possible, I guess. We thought she may be mixed with a Collie but looking at pictures of various collie/GSDmixes it does not appear to be. I am thinking she must be a coatie. Just recently ran into another person with a white GSD with white fur just like her. So,...I don't know LOL

My Nero hates the water too! We bought him a paddle pool last summer and he never even put a paw in it! But he will quite happily put his head under water to retrieve a sunken toy lol, (silly dog)
