I know it's not dog related but I wanted to share it anyway. I found a video in my youtube videos that I filmed in May of last year when I was visiting my dad. Boots and his sister were the first animals I ever raised from babies. We did not have a cat shelter in my town, so most people just dumped cats in front of the grocery store. I rescued him and his sister from there. They both had worms and their vet visits were very costly.
He LOVES to talk. I can hold 20 minute conversations with him easily. I was 11 when I got him and I used to talk to him all the time about everything. The reason he is overweight is because he has an issue with bladder stones and it's very hard for him to lose weight. I miss that kitty. He purrs, he loves everybody, and he snuggles all the time. The only reason I didn't bring him with me when I moved cross country was because he'd lived with us his entire life and I didn't want to rip him from the environment he called home.
