Default Christmas day family walk at our nearby cemetery with Nara Simha Devi.

Our daughters wanted to walk Nara. Ciara tried her hardest to hang on and keep up.

Exploring the magical, mystical Oregon forest trails behind the cemetery.

Sending Nara through the tunnel. It looks as if she's chasing Ciara's stick, though she wasn't.

Nara rushing in for her reward, a jerky treat!

Near the end of our journey. Stopping to enjoy the beauty of the trees and reflecting back on the joy that comes from a family walk out in nature.

Kaulini proudly showing off her nature finds.

Our "team" waiting on the slow-poke team, Mama and Kaulini. Haha.

Nara's wet footprints on the ground once we got back home from the walk.

What a beautiful family. Thanks for sharing. Call me weird, but I love cemeteries - especially really old ones.

Call me weird, but I actually give tours of cemeteries. In the dark.
