I had to quit buying Jolly Balls--Luka loves them SooOoooOooo much, but they're dangerous around here--if she doesn't throw it at you or smack you with it, she's leaving it in front of the door so that you can trip over it and break your neck. We've switched to the Hollee Rollers, which simply collapse if you step on them.

I don't get the fascination with them. Gunner would play with it for hours if I let him. I like it cause I don't have to do anything and he gets exercised.

One night last week we sat out on the deck. It was beautiful out. A cool breeze, sun going down. We sat out there for well over an hour and Gunner played non stop with the Jolly Ball. He was exhausted by the time we came in.
He even loves it in the snow, although it doesn't get the speed he loves so much.

I've never seen them before. Do you guys get them at PetsMart? I'm curious to see what Ava would think about it.

GSDGunner: your boy is beautiful!!!

Yes, you can find them at Petsmart and most likely any other pet store. It's called a Teaser Ball but it also says Jolly Ball on the actual ball.

And thank you for your nice compliment.

You can often find them at feed stores, as they are technically a horse toy.
