Rotties are my second favorite breed after GSDs. I have met Rotties that were truly scary. GSDs don't scare me much but somehow Rotties do. The Rottie in the pictures is gorgeous and looks like one of European lines which are smaller than American BYB Rotties. American BYB Rotties can sometimes be dangerous to strange people and dogs. Combine all their power and size with aggression and poor nerves and no training - yikes!

My neighbor has a female Rottie names "Money". She is absolutely beautiful and knows her job well. But if the owner is there, she is like a little puppy all rolling around and begging to be pet. If you start to walk away, she grabs your hand in her mouth. I know she is going to do this, but EVERY TIME she does my heart jumps into my throat.
My neighbor has chickens, and she sleeps in the coop with them when it gets warm. She has never killed a single one. And if she hears them cackling during the day, she runs out there to see what's wrong. |
