Default Halo, can I have that?

She's such a weird pupster, she likes to sit in front of us rolling a bone around in her mouth and chomping on it. She loves it if we grab an end and hold it for her so she can really chew it. Every so often I like to ask her if I can have the bone because the way she brings it and shows it to me seems like she's offering it to me. One time she actually came over and laid her bone on my shoulder while I was laying on the couch watching TV!

So here's our game: Can I have that?

I loved it! She's got beautiful eyes and it so gentle with that bone and your hand!

Yeah, you'd never know that she's a land shark when taking treats! But she is really gentle with the bone, and I love that you can see how she trusts me to give it back. That's the result of doing lots of trading exercises when she was young, and it comes in handy - she brought me BOTH remotes today in the office after stealing them off the coffee table. So when she's got something she's not supposed to have I can ask her "Is that for me? Can I have it?", and instead of taking off with it she'll bring it to me and let me take it away.

Methinks Halo is laughing all the way to the chewy bone bag..."watch this!"
