my smokey does the same thing. It's a great exercise to keep them from resource guarding and or food aggression, I'm actually trying to use the same technique with Maximus (12 week old puppy) to not only get her used to him but get him used to not resource guarding. I hold the bone and have smoke chew one end and max chew the other. my hope is to get them to both chew the same bone at the same time without supervison. now that'd be trust. i think when i get them to do it i'll make it a video
