Contact Moe Lindesey over on the PSA Forum. He was working on some development in Canada. I think there was a French Ring Club that was going to be involved somehow in running a seminar to generate some interest, but don't hold me to it.

No PSA in Canada yet, but there has been a ton of interest! It's been tough getting all the incidentals worked out, but the first step in the process was to do a seminar up there... I believe Angela from Complete K9 Services, Canada was looking to host one. Try getting in touch with her to find out if they still have plans to do so!
