In what may well be the last trial in MI of this marriage of Dog Sport between the
<span style="color: #3366FF">SDA</span> and the <span style="color: #3366FF">UKC</span> <span style="color: #00CCCC">FO</span> Hugo and I trialed again and the goats were
relatively quiet this time compared to last, so we passed easily with a score of 89.

I hope there still is either a SDA which survives on it's own or another incarnation
of UKC Dog Sport in which we can continue to play in this venue, because it's
a lot of fun. It's just sad when politics mung things up!

Congratulations on Hugo doing well with the goats, with a good day trialing or working, even if it may be changing soon. i too dislike politics very much. I am wishing you a venue to enjoy your dogs and other dog people, where everyone can feel welcomed, the dogs can perform well, and no hard feelings ends the fun. Congrats Dan!! Glad to hear the goats took it easy this time. Last time was rather....interesting. I wanted enter this trial with Nikon but have missed so much training for other vacations and weddings and now am focusing on Kenya again after taking the summer off with her. I do hope it's able to continue.

We were hoping to make it up there to watch some of the trial. And yes, I know about the goats! Not only have a I judged there, I've trialed there and suffered through their antics. They can be a HUGE distraction.

Our club is having a Dog Sport event on Oct 17 in Rockford IL.... and the next day we are having SDA tracking. We are hoping for a great turnout on both days.
