UKC rally in 2009!

Has anybody else heard about this? I guess the rules, etc. aren't finalized but my source tells me that it's a go for next year!

I have been watching for this but have not been on the UKC site in awhile. Umzilla (Chris) will know! Maybe she will chime in here.

I did email UKC about 6 or 8 months ago and they said SOON!

Someone just posted to the comp-mixes yahoo group that I belong to and the rules/regulations should be out in a week or two. There is an announcement on the UKC website and a thread in their forums.

My club used to host two APDT rally trials per year but this year, nothing. JD can't really do rally anymore (maybe the APDT veterans thing) but I need to keep India mentally busy so maybe rally could help bridge the time until she's physically ready for "real" agility.

I'm looking forward to seeing the rules. Oh yeah, I forgot to add that my club just started doing UKC conformation this year; one of our club members has Belgians (she's the one that used to do the APDT trials) and offered to run UKC rally trials if there was enough club interest.

Good for you guys!!! We actually have several UKC clubs within reasonable drive for me. This would be good for Kayos who has AKC titles but after her THR cannot do as much anymore.

I'll come over there for some UKC Rally Trials! I think Rally is fun. Balto is starting his training for Advanced.

You probably won't see this before Sat, but me and Balto are coming by for a visit at your agility trial Saturday.
