We're going to the Cleveland Classic, Babsy and I. I signed up for all four days in case I screw up. I feel pretty confident about Babsy at least qualifying.
I sent the entry in today and over-nighted it, so long as they do not go over the allowable number or Rally entries, we're going. This will be my last shot at a title this year. I finished Ninja and Milla's RNs, though not titles, I finished their CGCs, Rushie's TDI, and Joy's Star Puppy. It will sure be nice to get an RA on Babsy though. Not working has put a real damper on the amount of money I can rationalize spending on entrance fees and such. I enjoyed the classic when I did Heidi and Whitney there. I am excited. Matilda's owner is going with her min pin and we are going to drive together two of the days. Only showing Babsy will be much easier too, having just the one dog there.

I just got my e-mail confirmations, and I was so stupid. I entered Rally Novice A, instead of Advanced. I sent a reply to each of them -- the e-mail confirmations, but I do not know if they can switch me. I do not know if move-ups are allowed, and I do know I am certainly not eligible to show in novice A. Uhg. I am just disgusted with myself.
So, maybe I am not going after all. ERrrgh!!! Anyone have any idea what I might do to fix this??? Thanks

Sounds like me last month Sue..........entered Shadow in his first Rally trial & entered him in the Rally Novice A class, well I already titled Storm so had to go to B !
Poo...........They fixed it for me though. I was told once you finish in Rally Novice B you can go to Rally Adv A ? Not sure why this is ! I so need to get a rule book to keep with me. All four days, wow ! I would think you have a great chance of titling. ![]() Would have loved to have done this show, but $$$ & a bad time of yr for doggie hobbies. Have to pay hotel cost, food, gas, entry fees, etc, etc ! Christmas to think about.Hope to make it there 1 day to watch/support local dog group & shop some. ~Best of Luck~ Oh, can tell you what we drive so you don't have to FedEx.............LOL

Rally Novice A, you can only enter if you have never earned an obedience or rally title. Which is nice. But after you finish your first A class you are not eligible to go A with any other dog in Rally Novice.
So I titled most of them in Novice B. But when you get into advanced, then you are going just with this dog. I think Arwen would have to go into advaced B because she has a CD, but all the rest of them can go in A. Part of this is the RAE title where people have to get an advanced leg and an excellent leg both in ten separate trials. These dogs will be in Advanced B, so they are not competing against greenies like me and Babsy. Thanks all. I will try to find the trial secretaries and get it switched. What a goof.
