I am bummed, Madison is not having Rally or

Obedience, except one obedience trial for Golden Retrievers only.

Madison hosts the Ashtabula Kennel Club two days and the Grand River Kennel Club on the third day and I was planning on titling Ninja and Milla there this year.

Got my premium list yesterday. It looks like I won't be wasting the gas this year. Bummer. I will have to save it and go even further to get my girls titled.

While I might consider that, well no, I really, REALLY hate crowds of people.

Evenso, I am still unemployed, and not sure how I am going to swing my entrance fees. (I'll figure something out.) But, Madison is 30 minutes away from my home. It is really ideal for me. Only now they are saving money by shaving off Rally and Obedience.

If worst comes to worst, there is always Cleveland at the IX center. They do agility there too, so it is really fun to watch and a good excuse to go there.

Of course last time I saw an akita attack its owner/handler and a Newf of all things charged Heidi.

There are crowds of people there. Uhg. I really like the Madison show.

If you google 'Ohio obedience and rally trials' you will find lots around.

I'm not sure how close you are, but Dayton Dog has a good event coming up in July - $25.00 entries and all indoors and matted.

Thanks, Dayton is about six hours each way -- too far for me right now.

I will try Akron, Youngstown, Canfield, and Burton areas. If worst comes to worst, Cleveland.

There are always alot of events in the Rockford area in IL - Did you check IL? We're not that far from Madison....

Good lord, Sue, where in the heck do you live?!? I didn't think that there was anyplace in Ohio that was more than 5 hours from any other place in Ohio.

Okay, I was curious about where Denmark is, so I mapquested it--and it tells me that it's only 112 miles from Denmark to Dayton.

I made the trip a couple of times to Eaton Ohio, about an hour away from Dayton.

There must be another Denmark, Ohio. Mapquest tells me 269.5 miles, or 4 1/2 hours. Takes me longer, not sure why.
