You can buy them from places like J&J supplies J&J Supplies - Rally Signs
Or you can download them from various websites, including the AKC website. Should laminate them either way if you don't want them to become unusable. A couple of places: Pawmark.com |

There's a rally group on yahoo groups (rally-obed) that keeps files with the various signs in them - you can print them out and use them. They also have them in 3x5 card size (great for reviewing the various signs) and also in tiny form that you can put on magnetic sheets and then use as magnets to make courses. I've used all three sizes and it's been great.
And if you have rally specific questions, there are trainers and judges on this list as well as competitors. Melanie and the gang in Alaska

I have the signs from J & J and they are professionally laminated which makes them sturdy and weatherproof. PM me if you are interested in them, make an offer that will at least cover shipping and they are yours.

Also, you can check on Ebay. There are signs printed and laminated there for just over $40.
I haven't purchased them, but do have my eye on them. I have a set that I printed and placed in paper protectors. I bought the orange cones from Wal*Mart. $1 each. And I put velcro on the cones and on the back of the signs and they set up nicely now (for indoor use. Haven't used them outdoors yet). Ang
