Hi all,

Introducing Regent! A very handsome boy available for adoption through Magnificent Mutts. Below, more details:

Regent is a purebred German Shepherd boy who just arrived. He arrived with an injured elbow and will require Surgery. Once surgery is performed, he should live a normal happy life. More info and pictures coming soon.

The website is magnificentmutts.org. They also have a facebook page. In fact, on the facebook page there is info on another German Shepherd just arriving in rescue.

Sad news... it seems he will need to have his front limb amputated. Apparently, the break was too severe to repair

OMG, that poor dog. Is there nothing a Vet can do to set that limb?

From what I understand, the time between the injury and his arrival in rescue did not make that possible... I am not sure about that, but I do know the vets who work with this rescue would do whatever it took to save the limb.
