Default San Diego, Ca, Bolt, LHGSD, 2yr old.

This was listed on a face book page for THK.

He has been there for a year, and they had him listed as a mix.

Here is a second page with more information.

Spreading the word about Bolt’s 10-Day Adoption Challenge | The Honest Kitchen

Hope someone can get this boy, he is absolutely beautiful.

Seems incredible to me that this boy hasn't been adopted, especially since he was only 1 year old when he was found stray. Youngsters usually go fast(er.) He is a looker, no doubt about it - but he looks weak in the rear, not sure if it's bad hips or just not enough exercise...... here's hoping he finds that forever home soon...

The article does say he has HD....which could be a big reason why no one has taken him on

I missed that part - yes, you are probably correct. People don't want to adopt a dog which has a known lifelong problem, and many don't realize that HD is manageable. Poor chap, he needs a special person to commit to him...

I called about him and he has no applications. He is special to the staff and they want to place him locally so that they can check up on him. He does not require surgery. He is a stunning boy!
