French River,Ontario 2 Year Old Male

Hello Everyone

My name is Paul and i am a new member on here - I reside in Northern Ontario -French River is just an hour south of Sudbury or 3 hours North of Toronto - we are looking for a new home for our 2 year old GSD - My father is moving back to Toronto and it would not be fair for the dog to live in an bachelor apartment after living on a small acerage -just not enough room for him-


"Bruno" is just over 2 years old - we bought him from Crosshill Kennels

Bruno has all his shots up to date/paper work - was at the vet last month with him Weighs in about 100lbs - He is great with kids as we have a 4 year old Son -

Bruno is always full of energy and exciteness - Has great temper -Great listener -though u have to be firm with him- he doesn't like Vets - Has muzzle when he goes to Vet - thats only issue we ever have with him is at the Animal Clinic -

He is non-barker - only barks when needed -
He doesn't like lawn tractors, gas powered pressure washer, noisy small motors - i guess its the sound that he doesnt like - he just likes to bark at those items - Couple times we have had a moose or bear in the yard he is not scared of them and will scare them away

We do speak to 2 languages to him Polish and English
He used to go for walks every day for the first 6 months , after that he has always been free to roam around - so he has never been tied up

We personally do not believe in having a dog tied up to a post/etc.

He has a dog house , spends time in the dog house or house
don't matter to him he loves SNOW

Bruno gets along great with our Black Labrador when he comes over or vice versa when we had to drop her off for babysitting Also neighbours have dogs and never been an issue

I am sure there more to discuss but most importantly i am looking for someone that has a big heart , big yard and lots of time for him - someone who really loves GSD
