8 y/o GSD male looking for permanent home

I am looking to place an 8 y/o German Shepherd male which was returned to me by a family that I had placed him with approximately 5 years ago. He is good with other dogs and cats, neutuered, housebroken and UTD on shots. He ADORES people and craves attention. I'm looking to place him with an active family that is knowledgable about the GSD breed or as a 4H project.

Is his vet records from pup available?
Is he purebred?
What his color, size and weight?

You had him for 3 years and then placed him with this family who returned him after 5 years?
Are you a Breeder?
