Doubt it...I know plenty of people that own Shih tzu's and they pronounce it **** zoo instead of shee-t- zu lol it cracks me up every time!

Wow, I hate the term "outside" dog...I usually tend to translate it to "Very Undersocialized with No Dog Skills"

Twice it is stated "outside dog". That probably means he didn't have the skills or the patients to train the dog to be in the house. The poor dog was put out in a pen or chained up and got the obligatory pat on the head when fed by the owner. With little socialization the dog most likely barks at everyone that passes by it, hence the statement about it being a “good watch dog”. “Likes kids and loves to play”, most likely the only attention the dog gets is from kids.
This kind of pet owner burns me up, someone tell me I am wrong and this guy’s only problem is his spelling. Del
