TIED UP IN THE BACKYARD OF AN ABANDONED HOUSE
... neglected and forgotten with just a rationed bag of cheap kibble by the family who failed him and a spilled dirty bucket of water, this baby shepherd feared nobody was ever coming for him. Surviving out in the cold and rain all alone, starving for attention, he grew scared, stressed and eventually sick from neglect.

Westside GS Rescue has him now, but asking for donations. I had to share this story (more on their web site). Look at his pictures, people that can do something like that disgust me!
