Ok I'm so relieved after reading the everyone's responses. I opened the package and saw the collar, and thought to myself...this thing is for tiny puppy!
Thank you all so much for the responses.

Question about size of Prong Collar I just purchased.
This might come off as extremely naive, and uneducated, but I purchased a 2.25mm Herm Sprenger Prong Collar from leerburg, and just received it in the mail today. After looking at the collar in person, 2.25 seems awfully small for my 7 month old who is 76lbs.
I've heard from several different people to get the 2.25mm because it gives a better correction than say a 3.00mm or a 4.00mm, and so I went ahead and purchased it. I've taken the time to educate myself on how to use a prong collar, and I understand how the tool works.
Can anyone give me any input as to whether or not they use a 2.25mm Prong collar, and if it will work equally as good as a 3.00mm?
