|llombardo||I would not but you can call the company and or vet to confirm that.|

That's the number for Sentry. I would give them a call and ask.

Check with your vet, but it is typically considered safe to use with topical treatments.
ETA: I'm having really good results using Springtime garlic for flea and tick prevention. It's cheaper than topical as well. It takes about a month to build up, so I continued Frontline for a month when beginning the garlic.

Trifexis will kill every flea on the dog within 30 minutes of ingestion and every larvae or egg that hatches. Dead, dead, dead.
It is also heartworm preventative and intestinal parasite killer/preventative.
I have never seen a flea on Lisl in almost two years she has been on Trifexis. I don't have to worry about her sitting in the grass or playing in the yard, or going to a strange field for work.

|tomas13216||There is pill you can get from the vet that kills all fleas but will only last 24hrs. Then you must apply the topical oil. We use Advantix II. It works on flees and ticks. This combination worked great on a stray cat we just took in to be our barn cat and worked great on our GSD when we first brought him home.|

|Lotus||Sorry I can't seem to edit my post but should/could I reapply the flea topical if I got a lot it on the fur?|
