Daisy&Lucky's Mom I have to agree w/ robbkwe bought our ford last winter. we were asked to fill out the curvey and got several phone calls re said survey. The issue is according to friends who work in the automotive industry if everything isnt rated at the highest level they are major consequences. Reading robbk's explanationmkes it make alot of sense.

Epic Truck Fail!

Here is my story sort of...

My mom lived in Houston TX. She was moving to Connecticut. She sold her Honda Civic and bought a 2WD... let me say that again, TWO WHEEL DRIVE SINGLE CAB PICKUP TRUCK from a dealer in Texas. She called me to get my opinion. I obviously said what the **** are you doing buying a 2wd single cab pickup? She assured me she was getting a good deal, even though it was 18k BUTTTT her monthly payments would be low, and plus she always wanted a pickup truck. FINE, my mother is a grown woman and it doesn't affect me.

Fast forward a few months, my mom is freaking out because she just realized upon arriving to Connecticut that her 2wd pickup won't do well on ice or snow. Now she has to buy chains for her tires, and put bricks in the back. Did I mention she lives on a hill? YEAH. I told her "I don't want to say I told you so but I..."

Fast forward again and my mom surprises my husband and I by buying us plane tickets to come visit in the WINTER. NON REFUNDABLE. Fantastic. She wants to do road trips, go to the city, go to ski resort etc... how in the world can she pick us up in her single cab 2wd pickup with me and my husband and all our luggage and embark comfortable on the 60 mile trip from airport to her house? And how can we drive to the ski resort with her, my brother, my husband and I? sHALL WE RIDE IN THE BACK OF THE PICKUP!? And what about all the other driving? Well we have to pay $450 to rent a car for the week OF COURSE! *epic fail mom* ugh.

onyx'girl Using those customer loyalty discount type cards at local stores will track and send feedback. I don't use them, except for pet supplies plus. As soon as I shop there, I get an email to rate my visit.
I bought a used Honda and get sales letters regularly asking about trading it in.
The recall notice still hasn't been taken care of. I don't want to waste my time getting an ignition switch recall fixed.

It's gorgeous! Sinister can stand, lay down and turn around in the cargo area without folding down the seats. I am very pleased with my choice and I have never been contacted by the place where I bought it from.

Before I bought that SUV, I was harrassed by a dealer at another dealership, he would call me all the time, leave me messages and even started texting me!!!! It only pissed me off and made me not want to deal with him at all.

Oh my, that is such a nice looking SUV! I have always been a Ford fan when it came to cars, I think because we have always had one, and we never had problems with them. I don't drive and don't have my permit either. I really have to learn how to drive and I think my car would be the Ford Escape Limited, XLT, or Ford Focus.

I just bought a used Honda yesterday. I was not asked for an email address and if they did I would have said no.
this unfortunately doesn't always work.
They will search your name to find an email address for you. My in-laws bought a car. FIL is R. B. Jr. My husband is R. B. III

we get emails about "our" new car all the time.

Juliem24 Fake email address.
In the hospital industry, we are battered constantly about our "scores".
