|Good_Karma||If you don't get headaches when the weather is cool, then I would agree that it is heat related. I have a hard time running in the heat too, it saps my energy. I try to run early before it gets too warm, and to run in shaded areas.|

|Pawsed||I think it's a normal reaction to heat. I have a water bottle with a sprayer attached that puts out a fine mist that I can spray on my face to cool me off. It also has a strap so I don't have to carry it. It helps, but the heat sometimes still wins.|

Yes, it happens to me sometimes in the heat too. I figure it's just my body saying "hey! It's super hot out here, are you kidding me?!" Mine usually goes away after I rehydrate especially if I have some Gatorade in addition to water.

Does anyone on this forum get headaches from jogging? i love to jog, its a great workout were i can grab my tunes and my dog and go for a run but even if i pre hydrate i get awful headaches about 3 km in..which completely impedes my ability to go for my full mini 5km runs.
I am waiting on a neurologist appt, probably wont be for a few months- it happens in the sun and heat, i feel like i am over heating and wallah terrible headache occurs. I am wearing proper shoes also...
Anyone have anything like this happen?
