llombardo I love the third picture. I would just make sure that she has stuff to chew on.

Maxil the photos aren't clear I can't see it well but with it without seeing it ears shouldn't be tapped except when the dog is 6 months because that's the normal max time of both ears to be up (it might stand after but impetiant people tap them).
the problem might be one if the both one, the nerve in her ear is dead or broken two,the nerve is weak and it might stand up after a very long time.
but since her ears were standing well before then it might be the first one so I suggest that you take her to the vet (might not help but try)
good luck

Puppy ear trouble need advice

Hello everybody and thank you for taking the time to read this post. I am new to this site and this is my first thread. I have two german shepherds one who his 3 years old and a new female puppy who is 4 months old. Recently i have noticed that one of her ears has been floppy and looks like its lost hair where it folds down, both ears have been up sense she was about 12 weeks old and only rarely would fold back down. I have read that it is common for puppy ears to be floppy at this age and it is nothing to worry about but its been down for the past 5 days and looks like its missing hair at the fold (i will post pictures) it does not seem to be sore or bother her at all but i am worried that it will be permanent if i don't do anything about it. Any recommendations? Should i see the vet about it? Maybe try tapping? Thank you again for taking the time to read this and i understand that this is not a serious problem i am lucky to have a happy and healthy puppy
