Canda is not an FCI member, so I'm really confused now as to how stuff like this seems to pop up.
The internet is a wonderful tool for disseminating information, but it is just as easy to inadvertently broadcast mis-information. We must all make the effort to research the validity of information we wish to share.

Ban trainers? Who wants to ban trainers, and ban them from where?
The terms of petition are too vague to be meaningful.
Who/what organization is the petition for?
Edited to add: Oh, never mind, I see it is for the FCI - how will the FCI have the authority to ban trainers? Is there a proposal to do so on the books that we can take a look at?

Prong,pinch, shock collars
With the proper knowledge and training, these tools are critical to have incorporated in training your dog properly. I would ask everyone to please go and sign this petition. And at least share this with others to keep it going and help oppose these changes.
