Zeeva, have you ever even tried the given advice on this forum? People are very helpful here but I am getting the feeling you rather vent than find a real solution Your remark regarding "doctors do nothing these days...', surely sounds like that. Of course there are good and bad professionals but it is a matter of persistence in finding one that is a good match

When I find myself stuck in the mud, I go out and exercise. It helps get the body moving and clears out my brain. I think about what it is I need to do while I exercise.
