wyoung2153 No expert here, but from my understanding, it requires the same amount of training, but it's based off of the contract and how it's written. Some contract includes the dog's return and others don't. But I honestly don't know much more than that.. would be something to research.. which I may actually do today

wyoung2153 I was only confused because, being in the military I know for a fact our military owned dogs don't get left behind.. there's too much money invested in them.. glad there was the distinction made

Germanshepherdlove I know a lot of the military dogs are contracted. The military does not pay for them to come back.

misslesleedavis1 I just plugged it in the google the facebook posting i read was very vague about it, this has alot more info about the circumstances.
