I have a Doberman who is up my butt all the time and never has done "alone time." I have to play with him, period.
He loves Zoe, but because he is such a huge moose all interaction is closely supervised so he doesn't mistakenly hurt her

|dogfaeries||These guys are smart! Russell amazed me by using our dog door at 10 weeks old, all by himself, to pee and poop outside.|

Once she was 5 months, it was overnight that she quit going in the house/crate, etc. After that, she would have her bladder explode before ever having an accident in the house or her crate.
I am VERY grateful how Zoe is due to her having water poo right now due to the change in eating. She woke me up at 2:30 am because she had to go, and then at 5:45 am.
She just got done eating a wing and pumpkin, played with her ball and then her other toys. Here is how she is sleeping right now LOL!!

Very Happy for you I just wish mine would learn... 12 weeks and I feel she is no closer now than when we started. She will go anywhere, except her crate, unless I take her out every 30 min or so.
she just doesnt get it, hopefully she will catch on in time.

|KayDub||I have had some quite intelligent breeds of dogs in my lifetime. So with my first GSD I expected nearly the same behaviors and learning patterns. I ended up in the same amazement as you when I brought my pup home quite early & within 3-4 days she had potty broke herself. I started training earlier than usual & by 10wks she was saying momma. Must be something to the potty thing. Post some pics for us! Be sure to share milestones & tricks with us, we love to hear about them. Congrats on the smart little pup, wish they all learned so easily.|
