carmspack black and tan with coat in transition - puppy coat fluff , dying , sleek black adult guard hairs will replace.

sometimes pups , especially with sun exposure, when shedding pup coat will take on a buffalo brown look.

Diesel7602 My boy is black and tan, but under his belly it's white/sliver. I'm wondering if the whitish part is going to turn tan.??? He also has a white stripe going up. In the pics to me he looks brown.... But super cute for sure.

My2shepherds I did not know if it changed the "classification" of their color.. I guess to me if you call something black and tan it should only be black and tan... lol

ApselBear I've read on here of other pups having the white marks on the chest and some of those go away and a few don't. It's not unheard of though.

My2shepherds Thanks... she is definately different than Athena (4 months old). LOL Eden is like the clown rolling out of the car at the circus where Athena is all about working and protection.

Is it typical for silver or white to mix in the tan?

I'm guessing that she will be a blanket. Just a guess though.
